Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KICKS CREW website, mobile applications, and any other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

KICKS CREW (“KICKS CREW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a global marketplace platform connecting customers with independent retail partners and suppliers (“Partners”). Customers purchase products through KICKS CREW, and KICKS CREW manages the customer experience, including payment processing, customer service, product inspection, and delivery arrangements.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS OUR SERVICE.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, payment methods, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business operations, or system capabilities. The Terms applicable to your purchase will be the Terms in effect at the time of checkout unless changes are required by law or regulatory authority.

Marketplace Structure and Item-Level Processing

KICKS CREW operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent retail partners and suppliers. Products listed on our Services may be sourced from different Partners.

Customers purchase products through KICKS CREW only. All customer communications, support requests, payment processing, and transaction management are handled directly by KICKS CREW.

An order may contain multiple items. Customers complete one combined payment at checkout for the entire order, including the total product price, applicable sales tax, and shipping fee shown at checkout. However, each item within an order is processed independently.

Each item may have different sourcing, availability, inspection results, processing times, shipment dates, tracking information, cancellation eligibility, return eligibility, exchange eligibility, and refund outcomes.

If one item within an order cannot be fulfilled, cancelled, returned, or refunded, other items within the same order will continue to be processed unless otherwise stated.

Product Sourcing and Quality Inspection

After an order is placed, the applicable Partner will ship each item to KICKS CREW’s designated facility for inspection.

KICKS CREW may inspect items to verify product condition, compliance with listing information, packaging condition, and applicable quality standards.

If an item passes inspection, KICKS CREW will arrange shipment to the customer.

If an item does not pass inspection, KICKS CREW may return the item to the Partner and attempt to source another item. Customers will generally not be notified of sourcing adjustments unless KICKS CREW is unable to fulfill the item.

If KICKS CREW cannot obtain a suitable replacement, KICKS CREW may cancel the affected item and issue a refund according to these Terms. Cancellation of one item does not automatically affect other items in the same order.

Payment Method

KICKS CREW supports various payment methods to provide a convenient shopping experience. Available payment methods may vary depending on location and may be subject to additional terms from third-party payment providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay
  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay
  • Installment Payments: Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, Tabby, Tamara

KLARNA

Klarna offers flexible payment methods, such as Buy Now and Pay Later, giving you more control over how and when you pay. Eligibility requirements and available payment options vary by region. During checkout, you’ll be redirected to Klarna to select a payment option. Klarna may perform a soft credit check, which will not affect your credit score. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

Pricing

KICKS CREW operates as a marketplace platform, and prices may change due to factors including Partner pricing, inventory availability, supplier costs, currency exchange rates, market conditions, and promotional activities.

The final checkout amount will include the applicable product prices, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees.

Customers will make one payment for the entire order at checkout. Prices, shipping fees, and sales tax may vary depending on the individual items included in the order.

KICKS CREW does not currently offer a Best Price Guarantee or price matching policy.

Product Information

KICKS CREW takes reasonable measures to ensure product information displayed on our Services is accurate. However, product appearance may vary due to factors including photographic lighting, device display settings, monitor resolution, and manufacturing variations.

Customers should carefully review product information before completing a purchase.

If you have questions regarding an item’s size, color, model number, condition, or specifications, please contact KICKS CREW before placing your order.

Order Placement and Customer Information

Customers may purchase multiple items through a single checkout. Items are not reserved until payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed.

The maximum quantity permitted is 25 items per order unless otherwise stated.

As KICKS CREW is a global marketplace, items may be sourced and fulfilled independently by different retail partners. Unless otherwise stated, all information provided in these Terms and Conditions applies on a per-item basis.

Customers must provide accurate information, including their full name, phone number, email address, shipping address, billing information, and any other required details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to cancel an individual item within an order for reasons including the item being unavailable, failure to pass inspection, incorrect or unverifiable billing information, suspected fraud or security concerns, payment issues, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or events beyond KICKS CREW’s reasonable control.

Cancellation of one item does not automatically cancel other items in the same order.

Order Modification

Once an order has been placed, changes to order details generally cannot be made.

Customers may contact KICKS CREW to request assistance, but any modification request is not guaranteed and depends on the status of the specific item.

Shipping addresses generally cannot be changed after an item has been dispatched.

Discounts, Promotions, and Voucher Codes

KICKS CREW may offer discount codes, promotional offers, and voucher codes (“Discount Codes”) from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, Discount Codes apply only to eligible product prices and do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, or other charges. Discount Codes cannot be combined, and only one Discount Code may be used per order.

Certain promotions, including promotional events, final sale items, reduced-price items, “Was” and “Now” pricing items, and other specified products may be excluded from Discount Code eligibility.

Discount Codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.

If an item exchange is approved, discounts applied to the original item will not transfer to replacement items unless otherwise stated.

Any unused portion or remaining value of a Discount Code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Discount Code or promotional program at any time without prior notice.

Risk and Fraud Control

KICKS CREW takes reasonable measures to protect customers, Partners, and payment providers from fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of payment information.

If unusual activity is detected relating to an order, payment method, account activity, or customer information, KICKS CREW may request additional verification information.

Any information collected during verification will be used only for identification, security, fraud prevention, and transaction verification purposes.

If a customer refuses to provide required verification information, KICKS CREW may cancel the affected item.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to cancel any item without prior notice if suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Transaction Disputes and Chargebacks

If a customer disputes a transaction made through KICKS CREW, the affected items may be placed on hold while the dispute is reviewed and resolved.

Customers agree to contact KICKS CREW first regarding any concerns relating to purchased items before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If a customer initiates a chargeback, KICKS CREW may suspend or cancel the affected item, provide transaction information to the payment provider, and restrict future purchases associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

The impact of a dispute or chargeback will depend on the specific item(s) and disputed amount. A dispute relating to one item does not automatically affect other items within the same order unless necessary to protect KICKS CREW’s rights or prevent fraud.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

As items may be sourced from different retail partners, each item in an order is processed independently. As a result, items from the same order may ship separately and have different shipment dates, tracking information, and delivery timelines.

Receiving one item does not indicate completion of the entire order. Any remaining items will be shipped separately as they become available.

Order Processing

Processing time refers to the time required to source, receive, inspect, verify, and prepare an item for shipment. It does not include the delivery time after the order has been dispatched.

Our inspection process is a key part of our quality assurance program and helps ensure that every item meets our authenticity and quality standards before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on Partner fulfillment timelines, item availability, inspection and verification requirements, quality assurance procedures, shipping arrangements, order volume, and other circumstances beyond KICKS CREW's reasonable control.

Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In certain circumstances, processing may take up to 30 calendar days to allow us to receive, inspect, verify, and ship an item. Extended processing times may result from supplier delays, courier limitations, severe weather, customs or border restrictions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen events.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your item has completed processing and has been dispatched from our facility.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, courier service, customs clearance, and other local factors. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information provided by the courier will offer the most accurate delivery updates.

Estimated delivery times are in addition to the applicable processing time and are based on the carrier's standard transit estimates. Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond KICKS CREW's reasonable control, including customs inspections or clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, border restrictions, peak shipping periods, or other logistical disruptions.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Terms

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, shipping address, phone number, and any additional information required under the laws or regulations of the destination country.

KICKS CREW is not responsible for any delivery failure, delay, loss, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.

KICKS CREW does not ship to PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, parcel lockers, or other box-only delivery addresses. A valid residential or commercial street address is required. Orders containing unsupported delivery addresses may be cancelled or may be undeliverable.

Deliveries are made through independent third-party courier providers. A signature may be required upon delivery at the courier's discretion or where required by applicable laws or local regulations.

Each item within an order is shipped independently. Once an individual item has been handed over to the courier, KICKS CREW's shipment obligations for that item are considered fulfilled. KICKS CREW is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or other issues occurring during transit that are caused by the courier or other third parties.

Where appropriate, KICKS CREW may provide reasonable assistance in facilitating a claim with the courier. However, any investigation, determination of liability, or payment of compensation is solely at the courier's discretion and subject to the courier's terms and policies.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the importation, possession, and use of the purchased products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country. KICKS CREW shall not be liable for any failure by the customer to comply with such requirements or for any resulting seizure, delay, penalties, taxes, duties, or other consequences.

If a shipment cannot be delivered, it may be returned to KICKS CREW, abandoned, destroyed, confiscated, or otherwise disposed of by the courier or customs authorities in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. Any return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, storage fees, disposal fees, administrative charges, and other costs arising from the failed delivery may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.

If the total of these charges equals or exceeds the value of the order, or if the shipment cannot be returned to KICKS CREW because it has been abandoned, destroyed, confiscated, discarded, or is otherwise unrecoverable, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Fees, Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the items included in the order. Customers will pay the total shipping fee displayed at checkout as part of a single combined payment.

If an item is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the portion of the shipping fee attributable to that item may be taken into account when calculating any applicable refund, in accordance with the relevant policies.

Sales Tax

Where required by applicable law, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other indirect taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax regulations.

For orders shipped to Australia and the United States, Sales Tax is included in the final purchase price. However, customers remain responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any taxes collected at checkout will be remitted to the appropriate tax authorities.

In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, customers may be required to report and remit any applicable taxes directly to the relevant authorities in accordance with local laws.

Sales Tax is determined by the shipping address, not the billing address. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction, and in some locations, shipping charges may be included in the taxable amount, while in others they may not.

Import Duty and Custom Fee

We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, import duties, customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by customs authorities or government agencies in the destination country.

KICKS CREW has no control over and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority before placing an order if they require further information regarding potential import duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

If your order contains multiple items, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be assessed separately for each shipment rather than for the order as a whole, depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests apply to individual items within an order.

Customers may contact KICKS CREW to submit a cancellation request before an item has been shipped; however, approval is not guaranteed and depends on the processing status of the specific item.

If KICKS CREW approves an item cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cancelled item's product price will apply. This fee applies only to approved cancellations and will be calculated separately for each cancelled item.

Items in the Trading Cards and Collectibles categories are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Customers may request cancellation of one or more individual items while other items in the same order continue to be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the shipment tracking information.

If your order contains multiple items, please note that each item will be reviewed and assessed separately.

Customers must contact KICKS CREW and receive prior approval before returning any product. Returns without authorization will be considered invalid and may be rejected.

Customers are required to record the unboxing process, including the external packaging, shipping label, opening process, and the condition of the item upon receipt. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may affect return eligibility or the outcome of any related claim.

Eligibility & Condition Standards

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • All original tags attached, including the KICKS CREW tags
  • All original accessories and packaging included, including the original shoe box (if applicable)
  • Products must be returned in their original boxes and placed inside protective outer packaging. Do not attach labels, tape, or markings directly to the shoebox or clothing packaging
  • Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service for all returns

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items submitted outside the applicable return or exchange window
  • Trading Cards & Collectibles
  • Altered Items (worn, used, damaged, or with tags removed/detached)
  • Items with damaged, missing, or non-original packaging, including shoe boxes or apparel packaging
  • Promotional items, including but not limited to Final Sale products, "$1 Deals," and marketing giveaways

KICKS CREW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of all returned items. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Size Exchange

KICKS CREW offers a one-time size exchange, subject to availability and approval.

Each size exchange request is reviewed separately.

Please note that approval of an exchange request does not guarantee that the requested replacement size will be available. The replacement item will only be confirmed after the original item has been returned and successfully inspected.

Customers are responsible for any applicable costs associated with the exchange, including:

  • Price Difference: Any price difference between the original item and the replacement size, including applicable taxes.
  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item
  • Reshipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement item sent to the delivery address provided.
  • Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee paid for the returned item is non-refundable.

Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original item will not automatically carry over to the replacement item unless otherwise stated.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the original shipment or the exchange process are determined by local customs authorities and are solely the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not refundable or transferable through KICKS CREW.

Return

If you choose to return an item for a refund or store credit rather than exchange, the refund amount will be calculated based solely on the returned item, with the following costs applying:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the purchase value of the returned item (including the item price, the item's original shipping fee, and any applicable sales taxes), may be deducted to cover the costs of return processing, authentication, inspection, quality verification, and inventory handling.
  • Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee paid for the returned item is non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred are determined by local customs authorities and are solely the customer's responsibility. These fees are not refundable or transferable through KICKS CREW.

Refund Methods (Returns)

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refund methods are determined by the shipping destination and applicable local regulations:

  • United States Orders: Approved returns are refunded in the form of Store Credit, which can be used immediately toward a future purchase on KICKS CREW. Store Credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
  • International Orders: For all other regions, and where required by applicable law, customers may choose one of the following refund methods:
    • Store Credit
    • Refund to the Original Payment Method

If an item is cancelled, refunded, or returned, only the applicable amount associated with that item will be refunded. Other items in the same order will not be affected.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description on our website, you must contact KICKS CREW within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for review, the item and all contents of the shipment must remain in the same condition as received, including:

  • The original outer packaging
  • The original product packaging (including the shoebox, where applicable)
  • The product in unused condition with the KICKS CREW verification tag and all original brand tags still attached

To assist with our investigation and verification process, you must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The unopened parcel before it is opened
  • The shipping label
  • The entire unboxing process
  • The item and its condition immediately upon receipt

Claims submitted after the 14-day reporting period, or without the required supporting materials, may be declined.

If your claim is approved, any replacement, refund, or store credit will apply only to the affected item.

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the KICKS CREW website and services. To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and create a password, or use an available third-party social login option. To purchase products, you must also provide a valid payment method accepted by our third-party payment processors.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must not register using false or misleading information or use a payment method that you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for restricting access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, password, or any other security breach, you must notify KICKS CREW immediately. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for any losses incurred by KICKS CREW or others resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may not access or use another person's account without their express authorization. Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise shared with any other person.

Account Deactivation

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account or any associated information, products, services, or account history.

You may not delete your account if you have any pending orders or unresolved transactions. In addition, account deletion requests may not be processed while there are outstanding obligations related to your account.

By requesting the deletion of your account, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KICKS CREW will not be liable for any loss of access to your account or associated information resulting from the deletion. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless KICKS CREW from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your request to delete your account.

Gift Cards/Store Credits

All gift card codes apply to the total payment of the order, including shipping fees.

If the payment amount is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Invalid or unidentifiable gift card codes will not be redeemed.

The value of gift cards is non-convertible into cash.

The value of the gift card does not expire, and no fees apply.

Neither KICKS CREW nor the gift card issuer is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or unauthorized use. Please keep the gift card secure and do not share it with anyone, as it can be redeemed by anyone who finds it.

The gift card may only be used to make purchases up to the available balance. Additional payment will be required if the product price exceeds the gift card's value. Some items may not be available for purchase. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have sufficient funds on your gift card to complete a transaction.

If an order paid with a gift card is eligible for a refund, any refund amount will first be applied to the original gift card up to the amount used. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will then be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction (such as a credit card or other form of payment). Please note that gift card refunds will be processed according to our standard refund timeline and are subject to any restocking fees or applicable deductions as outlined in our Return Policy. 

Please note that gift cards are not for resale.

Gift cards are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

The use of gift cards is subject to our standard terms and conditions, including our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to correct the gift card balance in the event of a clerical, billing, or accounting error. You also agree that we may deactivate, cancel, or suspend any gift card and freeze associated funds if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper gift card use. You agree not to use a revoked gift card.

Any disputes regarding gift card usage will be resolved at the discretion of KICKS CREW.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to modify or discontinue the gift card program at any time without prior notice.

International Transaction Fee

Customers may be charged additional fees by their bank, card issuer, or payment provider, including foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or international processing fees.

These fees are determined solely by the customer’s payment provider, and KICKS CREW is not responsible for reimbursing such charges.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KICKS CREW’s liability relating to an item shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific item.

KICKS CREW is only responsible for losses that are reasonably foreseeable at the time the purchase is accepted.

KICKS CREW is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, reputation, savings, or data.

KICKS CREW is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather events, transportation disruptions, courier delays, customs delays, government actions, legal changes, Partner failures, system outages, payment provider disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Marketplace Disclaimer

KICKS CREW operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent Partners who list and fulfill products through the platform.

Customers acknowledge that product availability is subject to each Partner's inventory, fulfillment capability, and successful completion of KICKS CREW's verification process.

While KICKS CREW takes commercially reasonable measures to source, inspect, and verify products, we do not guarantee that every listed item will be available or capable of being fulfilled.

If a product cannot be sourced, does not meet KICKS CREW's verification standards, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, KICKS CREW reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order and issue any applicable refund in accordance with these Terms.

Termination and Suspension

KICKS CREW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, restrict account activity, cancel items, or refuse future purchases.

Actions may be taken due to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, unauthorized account use, payment disputes, misuse of promotions, or unlawful activity.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, return obligations, disputes, or intellectual property restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, software, website design, product descriptions, and marketplace materials, is owned by or licensed to KICKS CREW and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from KICKS CREW.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including providing false information, impersonating others, using stolen payment information, interfering with website operations, attempting unauthorized access, exploiting vulnerabilities, abusing promotions, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

KICKS CREW reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

Privacy and Personal Information

Customer personal information is collected and processed according to KICKS CREW’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for transaction processing, payment verification, fraud prevention, shipping, customs clearance, customer support, and legal compliance.

Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made through KICKS CREW LLC are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Failure by KICKS CREW to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and KICKS CREW regarding use of the Services and purchase of products.

Contact Us
