As KICKS CREW is a global marketplace, items may be sourced and fulfilled independently by different retail partners. Unless otherwise stated, all information provided in this Shipping Policy applies on a per-item basis.

Buyer Shipping Costs

Shipping charges cover the cost of transporting your item from our facility to your delivery address.

Shipping fees are charged per item. If your order contains multiple items, shipping charges will apply to each item individually.

Shipping rates are generally based on the average size and weight of a standard shoe box. Larger, heavier, or oversized products may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping fees displayed on this page are provided for reference only and may change without prior notice. The final shipping cost for your order will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are typically shipped using trusted international courier partners, including Aramex, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS (Speed Post), Royal Mail, DPD, Airmail, and other logistics providers. The courier used may vary depending on the destination and operational requirements.

As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges associated with your purchase.

KICKS CREW does not offer prepaid duties and taxes. As a result, your shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. If applicable, these charges are not included in your order total and will be collected directly by the courier or the relevant customs authority before delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by your destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, brokerage fees, and any other government-imposed charges.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country. As KICKS CREW has no control over these charges, we are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount that may be payable.

Because items within the same order may be shipped separately, customs duties and taxes may also be assessed separately for each shipment in accordance with your country's import regulations.

Once your shipment arrives in the destination country, the courier will contact you if payment of customs charges is required before delivery.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable through KICKS CREW. Any inquiries regarding refunds or reassessments should be directed to your local customs authority.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about your country's import regulations.

Sales Tax & VAT

Where required by applicable law, KICKS CREW will collect and remit sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes on eligible purchases.

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address, not the billing address.

Applicable tax rates vary depending on your jurisdiction and local tax regulations. In certain jurisdictions, shipping charges may also be included when calculating applicable taxes.

Australia

For eligible orders shipped to Australia with a total order value (including shipping) of AUD 1,000 or less, KICKS CREW is required to collect and remit 10% GST.

Orders exceeding AUD 1,000 may be subject to additional GST, customs duties, and import charges assessed by the Australian Border Force or other relevant authorities upon arrival.

United States

KICKS CREW collects sales tax in jurisdictions where required under applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax requirements.

Order Processing

Order processing refers to the period between placing your order and the item being ready to be dispatched from our facility.

Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During this time, your item will:

- Be sourced from one of our trusted retail partners.

- Be shipped to our authentication facility.

- Undergo inspection, authentication, and quality control.

- Be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

This verification process is an essential part of our quality assurance and helps ensure every item meets our authenticity and quality standards before being dispatched.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, border restrictions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your item has completed processing and has been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the destination country, courier services, customs clearance, and other local factors. Once the item has been shipped, the courier's tracking information will provide the most accurate delivery updates.

As items may be sourced from different retail partners, products within the same order may be processed and shipped separately. Separate tracking numbers may be issued, and items may arrive on different dates.

Additional Shipping Information

- Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, products, sizes, payment method, or any other order details.

- We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or similar box-style delivery addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. KICKS CREW is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.

- If a shipment cannot be delivered due to refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs charges, an incorrect address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by the courier or customs authorities.

- Failed delivery shipments may be subject to return shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, storage fees, and other administrative costs. Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions after deducting these charges. In certain circumstances, no refund may be available if the applicable charges exceed the value of the order/item or if the shipment has been abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities.

- Reshipment is not available for items that cannot be successfully delivered.

- Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, border restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of KICKS CREW.
