Terms and Conditions

KICKS CREW, have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or for any other reasons in our sole discretion which we may decide.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the shipment confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal.  We also offer flexible payment options for US-based customers via Klarna.

PRICING

KICKS CREW is a platform, prices are subject to change. The final price will be calculated at checkout.

We currently do not have a Best Price Guarantee or Price Matching policy.

 

ORDER

The maximum order quantity is 1 unit per order as items may come from different suppliers.

All orders are subject to availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved. To complete the purchase online, you must provide your real and full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information.

We reserve the right to cancel your orders by the following:

  • THE PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE / IN STOCK
  • YOUR BILLING INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT OR NOT VERIFIABLE
  • YOUR ORDER IS FLAGGED BY OUR SECURITY SYSTEMS AS AN UNUSUAL ORDER OR SUSCEPTIBLE TO FRAUD
  • YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
  • THERE WAS AN ERROR ON THE PRICE DISPLAYED ON THE SITE
  • WE COULD NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU
  • EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL (SEE BELOW)
    IN THE EVENT OF MISSPELLING, PRICING OR OTHER ERRORS OR MISTAKES ON KICKSCREW.COM

Order details cannot be amended after it’s placed, however customers may cancel by contacting us before the order is shipped. Our customer service team will request a cancellation of your order.

Please note that the cancellation request is not 100% guaranteed. 

If cancellation requests are granted, we will send you an email, and a 25% cancellation fee of the product price will be applied. If cancellation is not possible, the order will proceed as usual.

 

PROCESS TIME

Order processing times may vary due to different size selection, depending on seller fulfillment and quality control team. Tracking number are usually provided within 7-10 business days.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please be advised that cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be approved, depending on the status of the order. Additionally, a cancellation fee of 25% of the product price will be applied to all cancellations.

RETURN

Returns will only be granted within 7 days of the delivery date and the item(s) is in its original state and with the KICKS CREW tags attached.

  • The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. 
  • The initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total amount) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided upon return confirmation by Our team. 

Once you have agreed to return the product under our return policy, further amendment will not be accepted. 

We strongly advise all customers to record their entire unboxing process to serve as a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Kindly document the entire unboxing process, commencing from the initial stages prior to unsealing the outer packaging.

Please contact us before returning any product.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE

Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still has the KICKS CREW tags attached. Each order is eligible for exchange once. 

Requests for size exchange can only be made within 7 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.

The reason for the exchange and the desired size are required when contacting us.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the relative charges such as price difference between sizes and sales tax if applicable and the return address will be provided upon the exchange confirmation by Our team.

We strongly advise all customers to record their entire unboxing process to serve as a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Kindly document the entire unboxing process, commencing from the initial stages prior to unsealing the outer packaging.

 

REASONS FOR UNACCEPTABLE RETURN/EXCHANGE 

Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange:

  • Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Returns/Exchange ”.
  • Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated.
  • Products with loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear.
  • Products with color fading due to display.
  • Products with an unclean appearance.
  • Non KICKS CREW products (Product without KICKS CREW Quality Control tag attached on the products).
  • Products that are on Sale or Products in campaign activities, defect & quality issue items excluded.

If any signs of damage on the outer packaging, or on any products (including any accessories or parts) are present at the time of delivery, please contact us for assistance. 

We strongly advise all customers to record their entire unboxing process to serve as a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Kindly document the entire unboxing process, commencing from the initial stages prior to unsealing the outer packaging.

 

SALES TAX

Shipping to Australia and the United States, sales tax is included in the final price, but customers are still responsible for the import duties if applicable.

IMPORT DUTY

We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties and customers will be responsible for those charges.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Sales tax and Customs Duties are non-refundable.

 

DELIVERY

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed or dispatched.

Deliveries are made by third-party carriers contracted by us. Please note that specific carriers may require a signature upon delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

After the package has passed over to the logistic party, the order will be considered a completed transaction. KICKS CREW will not be responsible for package loss and package damage due to the courier’s mishandling. We will assist customers in filing a claim with the courier, but the compensation will be subjected to the courier’s determination.

Please also note that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs or returned back to us.  Surcharges will be applied and in case the shipment is returned to us, we'll issue a refund according to our return policy and deduct all the return surcharges, tax, and duties occured. 

 

RISK AND FRAUD CONTROL

We may ask for customer information when their payment info is involved with abnormal activities which may be related to scams or misuse of personal information. Please understand it is a process to protect the credit card owner and both sellers from frauds and scams. All of the information will only be used for identification purposes. If customers refuse to provide the required information, we reserve the right to cancel your order. KICKS CREW also has the right to cancel any order without noticing the customer if we found the payment info is involved with abnormal activities.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

We have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible. Disclaimer: Product may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.

 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION

All Account deletion is permanent. When your Account has been successfully deleted, you would not have access to any information, products and services associated with your deleted Account. Please note you are unable to deactivate your account if you have orders placed with us. 

 

LIABILITY LIMITATION 

Any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant Product(s) and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance or any order that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

 

DISCOUNT AND VOUCHER

  • All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding shipping fee and are subject to our shipping info.
  • The offer code must be entered in the Voucher Code field on the checkout page during the order process.
  • Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code can be applied per order. Experience Days are excluded from offers, unless stated.
  • Price reduced items(displaying a 'Was' and 'Now' price) are also excluded from voucher offers.
  • In the event of product return, refund will be according to the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
  • In the event of product exchange (exchange in size), the currency or potential price difference will be according to the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. However, please note that discount will not be eligible for the new size/replacement order.
  • Discount codes and vouchers are not applicable to shipping fee.
  • Any price difference or remaining amount of the discount and voucher code used in the purchase is non-refundable.
  • KICKS CREW reserves the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Voucher code at any time without notice.

GIFT CARD

  • All Gift Card codes apply to the total payment of the order, including shipping fees.
  • If the amount of payment is lower than the gift card value, remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
  • Invalid or unidentifiable Gift Card code will not be redeemed.
  • The value of Gift Card are NOT conversable into cash.
  • The value on the Gift Card do not expire. No fees apply.
  • Neither KICKS CREW nor the issuer of the Gift Card is responsible for any lost or stolen Gift card or use without your permission. Keep the Gift Card close and please do not share it to anyone; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.
  • The Gift Card may be used to make purchases only up to the available balance on the Gift Card. Additional payment will be required if the product price of your new product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Some items may not be available for purchase. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to facilitate a transaction.
  • Please note that Gift Card are NOT for resale.
  • We reserve the right to correct the Gift Card balance if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. You also agree that we may deactivate, cancel or suspend any Gift Card and freeze any associated Gift Card funds if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper Gift Card use. You agree that you will not use a revoked Gift Card.
  • KICKS CREW reserves the right to vary or discontinue the Gift Card code at any time without notice.

TERMINATION

KICKS CREW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Site and any rights provided to you under these terms at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site for any or no reason in its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials.

The terms & conditions and payments of KICKSCREW LLC are governed by the laws of the USA.
