LISA of BLACKPINK Joins Nike

Nike has officially welcomed LISA into its global athlete and partner family, marking a new chapter for one of the most influential figures in contemporary pop culture. A true multi-hyphenate—rapper, singer, dancer, actress, and style icon—LISA’s partnership with Nike reflects a shared focus on movement, self-expression, and creative excellence at the highest level.

LISA’s journey began early. At just 14 years old, Lalisa Manobal left Thailand after winning a YG Entertainment audition, dedicating herself fully to training as a K-pop artist. Over a decade later, 2025 became a defining year. She made her acting debut in HBO’s The White Lotus, reunited with BLACKPINK for the stadium-filling Deadline World Tour, and released her debut solo album Alter Ego, cementing her evolution from K-pop star to global icon.

Her connection to Nike feels organic. First spotted wearing Air Max 95s, a sneaker deeply tied to music, subcultures, and individuality, LISA embodies the crossover between sport and style that Nike has championed for decades. On set in Paris for her first Nike campaign, she reflected on her earliest memories with the brand, recalling how she saved her allowance as a trainee to buy a pair of Nike Dunk Highs—shoes she wore constantly while dancing and training.

Today, movement remains central to her life. Long dance sessions anchor her training routine, supplemented by Pilates, stretching, and light cardio to maintain balance and energy. That dedication to craft mirrors Nike’s own obsession with performance and versatility, forming the foundation of their partnership.

At its core, this collaboration is about empowerment. LISA has consistently used fashion as a tool for confidence and individuality, drawing inspiration from how people dress across cultures while touring the world. Through Nike, she hopes to encourage women everywhere to embrace self-expression and move with confidence—on stage, in sport, and in everyday life.
