Bluetile x Nike SB Dunk Low Releases Summer 2026

The Bluetile x Nike SB Dunk Low has officially surfaced ahead of its Summer 2026 release, marking another strong example of Nike SB leaning into authentic, shop-led storytelling. Rather than relying on celebrity flash, this collaboration centers on Bluetile Skateboards, a South Carolina shop whose growing presence has become deeply tied to its local scene.

Early attention came from an unexpected reveal, when Bluetile owner David Toole briefly showed the shoe during a YouTube video. Since then, clearer looks have confirmed a design built around subtle symbolism rather than loud branding. The Dunk Low features a dark, black-based upper contrasted by glossy blue leather panels and an icy blue outsole, creating a moody foundation that feels skate-ready and intentional.

Butterfly imagery plays a key role in the concept, appearing hidden beneath lace flaps and reinforced through texture and color choices. Orange embroidered accents and stitching add warmth, while fuzzy, caterpillar-like laces further tie into the transformation theme. Bluetile branding appears split across the heel tabs, and the South Carolina flag placed on the inner tongue grounds the sneaker in regional pride.

What makes the collaboration stand out is its balance. The shoe avoids overdesign while still delivering layers of meaning, allowing skaters and collectors to discover details over time. That approach aligns closely with Nike SB’s most respected shop projects, where identity and community come first.

With Bluetile continuing to expand its footprint, including a recent move into Charleston, this Dunk Low feels less like a one-off release and more like a milestone. The Bluetile x Nike SB Dunk Low is expected to release in Summer 2026 for $135 through Nike.com and select skate shops, offering a thoughtful addition to Nike SB’s 2026 lineup.
