New Balance built the MT 10 as a minimal trail shoe with a 4 mm drop and a Vibram outsole, developed alongside Anton Krupicka. 'Linen Timberwolf' runs a pale linen base with a warmer gray-brown through the overlays. The midsole is kept thin so the foot stays close to the ground and can read the surface underneath. The upper is a single layer of mesh with welded overlays rather than stitched panels. A gusseted tongue keeps trail debris out of the shoe.
