The moccasin construction here wraps the leather up from beneath the foot and joins it at the vamp, rather than seaming an upper to a separate sole piece. 'Black' keeps the whole shoe dark and the metal detail at the saddle is the single bright point. Gucci finishes the heel with a stacked leather block and sets a thin rubber insert at the tread for grip.
