New Balance and Boston-based retailer Concepts come together to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the latter with a special edition 57/40 runner. The Headin' Home takes its name from a 1920 baseball film starring Babe Ruth and pays tribute to the legendary slugger with a suede upper in warm tan, orange, and red hues inspired by the movie's original posters. A crinkled texture distinguishes the leather 'N' logo, reminiscent of the waxed paper used to package vintage baseball cards. The kicks come in a custom Concepts box with extra laces and a green lanyard, making them ideal for both running enthusiasts and casual sneakerheads alike.
