Kobe Bryant’s connection to FC Barcelona continues with the upcoming FC Barcelona x Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro, bringing the club’s signature colors to Nike’s newly introduced low-top interpretation of the Kobe 3.

The pair arrives predominantly dressed in Electro Purple, covering the sculpted upper, midsole, and outsole for a nearly monochromatic finish. Metallic Gold provides contrast across the Swoosh and Kobe branding, tying the colorway directly to Barcelona while maintaining the unmistakable look of Bryant’s signature line.

The release marks another chapter in Kobe’s long-running connection to the Spanish club. Bryant was a passionate soccer fan throughout his life, with FC Barcelona influencing several releases across his Nike catalog. Most notably, the original Kobe 6 'Barcelona' arrived in 2011 and has since become one of the most recognizable club-inspired Kobe colorways.

For 2026, the theme lands on the Kobe 3 Low Protro, a redesigned version of Bryant’s third signature Nike model. The new silhouette lowers the profile of the original while introducing modern performance updates. Nike says the Kobe 3 Low Protro incorporates full-length Zoom Strobel, Cushlon 3.0 cushioning, and reworked traction for improved responsiveness and court feel.
