Model A belongs to Hajime Sorayama's robot work, the airbrushed chrome figures the Japanese illustrator has built since the late 1970s. Kith renders it here in stitch rather than print. 'Black' holds the cotton jersey ground dark. The artwork is embroidered across the front panel, so the chrome rendering is built from thread direction catching light rather than from ink. Rib knit edges the neck above the embroidered robot. Nanzuka Gallery's involvement appears alongside Kith's branding.
