Little Sweet Bean takes the character Pop Mart drew from traditional Chinese sweets and renders it as a wearable badge rather than a figure. The birthday framing fixes the design to a single occasion. Sweet Bean keeps its chubby cheeks, red nose and small upturned face at badge scale. A pin fastening backs the piece for attaching to fabric. Reducing a rounded three-dimensional character to a flat badge means the face has to carry the whole design.
