Nike pulled the LD-1000 from its archive decades after Bowerman designed it in 1977, reissuing the long-distance trainer with the waffle tread and mesh-and-suede upper intact. 'Campfire Orange Sail' runs a warm orange across the suede overlays against a sail mesh base, with the orange continuing onto the Swoosh. Stitching traces each overlay's edge. The reissue keeps the original's exposed foam midsole edge rather than hiding it behind a molded sidewall.
