Air Jordan 3 'Middle East' Reimagines a Classic With Regional Details
Arabic detailing transforms the iconic Jordan 3.ByAaron ShamimOct 02, 2026

Jordan Brand is giving the Air Jordan 3 a regional makeover for Holiday 2026. Created exclusively for the Middle East, the upcoming release goes beyond a new color palette by replacing some of the silhouette’s most recognizable details with elements developed specifically for the region.
The clearest example appears on the tongue, where the familiar “23” is represented using the Arabic numerals “٢٣.” The detail carries across other parts of the release and becomes a central element of both the sneaker and its packaging.

Jordan Brand also reworks one of the Air Jordan 3’s defining features. Instead of traditional elephant print wrapping the toe and heel, the shoe introduces a raised geometric pattern, giving the familiar panels an entirely different texture and appearance.
The color palette remains understated, combining Soft Pearl, Mink Brown, and Light Orewood Brown with deeper Pomegranate accents. Burgundy-colored alternate laces provide another option, while a leather Jumpman hangtag accompanies the pair.

Original-style branding also plays a role in the design, with Nike Air stamped across the heels. A smaller Jumpman appears near the laces, adding another subtle branding detail without taking attention away from the regional elements.
Special packaging completes the release with burgundy accents and the same Arabic “23” theme featured on the sneakers, reinforcing the pair’s identity as more than a standard regional-exclusive colorway.
The Air Jordan 3 'Middle East' releases exclusively across Middle Eastern markets in December 2026 through select retailers and SNKRS for $215 USD.
