Gaps between stitched felt panels carry the design on this Pop Mart ornament. 'The Gap-Glimmer Wanderer' lets a pale felt underlayer show through narrow slits cut into the darker top layer. The slits follow the direction of the body rather than crossing it. Both layers are cut to the same outline, so the ornament reads as one silhouette with light breaking through it.
