An electronic component sits inside each Apple of My Eye figure alongside the PVC and ABS body, so the pieces light up rather than standing inert. Pop Mart runs the series across six regular designs plus a secret, with the figures measuring 8 to 10 cm tall and 7 to 8 cm wide. The series extends beyond the figures into mini bags, pendants and plush formats. The electronic element means the pieces do something in darkness that an unlit sculpt cannot.
