Sculptural form rather than character costume drives Pop Mart's Chaka Art Sculptures figure, treating the character as the subject of an art object. Chaka appears across Pop Mart's releases with a rounded head and a small-bodied silhouette. The art sculpture framing shifts the emphasis from a scene or a prop onto the shape of the piece itself. That approach gives the figure a stillness the company's narrative series, built around a gesture or an activity, do not aim for.
