An earthy, hand-shaped surface gives Pop Mart's 'Clay Mickey' its character, with a matte finish and subtle tooling marks suggesting modeled clay across the body. The figure keeps Mickey's round ears, shorts and gloved hands in his standing pose, so the material treatment carries the variation rather than the sculpt. The tooling marks run in short arcs that follow the body's curves, the direction a thumb would travel across a form being shaped by hand.
