Pop Mart builds the Pop Cube line with magnetic faces so pieces attach to others in the range, and Sadness enters it as a block in the Disney/Pixar Cubiec Series. The Inside Out character's blue skin, round glasses and white turtleneck sweater carry into the format, with her low-slung posture and heavy-lidded expression intact across the flattened planes. Geometric treatment does little to lift a character defined by her slump.
