Action Bronson Unveils His First Signature New Balance

Action Bronson and New Balance have reached a major milestone in their partnership. After several acclaimed collaborations over the past few years, the Queens rapper has officially unveiled the New Balance 2811, becoming one of the few collaborators outside of professional sports to receive a true signature sneaker.

Bronson first teased the silhouette courtside at Madison Square Garden, but his latest Instagram reveal offers the clearest look yet at the model and confirms several personal details tied to his Mr. Baklava persona.

The most noticeable branding appears on the tongue, where "Baklava" is stitched prominently across the top. Around the forefoot, a sculpted TPU overlay forms a distinctive V-shaped design, hinting at a bold new direction for New Balance's growing lineup of lifestyle silhouettes.

While much of the upper remains hidden, the foundation underneath is already familiar. The 2811 reportedly sits atop the same ABZORB-cushioned sole unit found on the New Balance 2010, combining proven comfort with a chunky aesthetic that has become increasingly popular across the brand's lifestyle collection.

The introduction of a signature model represents another major step in Bronson's relationship with New Balance. Since joining the brand, he has delivered multiple sold-out collaborations that blended vibrant color palettes, outdoor influences, and his unmistakable creative vision. Many of those releases have become some of the most sought-after New Balance sneakers in recent years.

Receiving a signature silhouette is an honor typically reserved for elite athletes, making the 2811 especially significant. It highlights both Bronson's influence within sneaker culture and New Balance's willingness to expand its signature lineup beyond traditional sports partnerships.

Although only a portion of the shoe has been revealed, the early preview suggests the New Balance 2811 will continue Bronson's signature blend of bold design, premium construction, and distinctive storytelling. New Balance has not announced an official release date for the Action Bronson x New Balance 2811. Based on its recent unveiling, the signature model is expected to launch during the Fall/Winter 2026 season.
