NikeSKIMS built its first footwear release on the Air Rift, the 1996 split-toe runner Nike drew from barefoot Kenyan athletes. 'Light Bone' holds the mesh upper in a pale neutral and runs the midfoot strap in the same tone. The mesh is knit with minimal seams so it sits against the foot like a sock. The split toe divides the forefoot down the middle, separating the big toe from the rest.
