Stone Island approaches outerwear as a material experiment, and this jacket follows the Italian label's established construction language with a full front closure and the brand's badge fixed at the left sleeve. 'Black' covers the shell with the hardware picked out against it. That sleeve badge attaches through buttons, which is how the house has mounted its compass rose since the brand began. Massimo Osti founded Stone Island in 1982 as an offshoot of his work on garment-dyed military cloth.
