A weathered crown sits atop Skullpanda in 'The Crown in Ashes', the metalwork dulled with ash-toned shading rather than polished. Petal motifs scatter across the robe below it, combining regalia with decay. Pop Mart holds the character's elongated silhouette and pale face as the sculpt's anchor beneath the heavier costume detailing. The crown is molded with chipped points and an uneven rim, so the damage is built into the sculpt rather than suggested by the paint alone.
