A retail counter supplies the setting for 'The Naughty Cashier', where Labubu is cast as a shop worker rather than a woodland creature. Pop Mart builds the doll with a molded vinyl face against a stuffed plush body, so the serrated grin and pointed ears stay sharp against soft fabric. The Monsters line dates to 2015, when Kasing Lung first drew the characters. The naughty framing puts the character behind the register rather than in front of it, which is where the design's humor sits.
