Transit between settings gives 'City Escape' its content, moving Hirono out of the built environment the Tamed Wildgrass series uses as its pressure source. The sculpt keeps the character's slender silhouette and subdued painted features in PVC and ABS. Pop Mart launched the series in 2026 as a blind box line. Hirono was created by the artist Lang, whose work for Pop Mart centers on the character's quieter emotional registers rather than on bright novelty.
