Bandai tied this premium One Piece Card Game box to a prefecture on Kyushu in southwestern Japan, issuing it as a 'Kumamoto Prefecture Special'. The box gathers cards presented as a fixed collection rather than randomized packs, so the contents are known before opening. The cards are printed in Japanese and carry artwork drawn from the series. Regional sets of this kind are issued for the Japanese market rather than the international one.
