The ASICS x Gallery Dept. Gel-K1011 applies the Los Angeles label's painted, distressed treatment to the brand's GEL-K1011 silhouette. 'Mental Energy Painted' layers hand-painted-style graphics across the mesh upper, with brushed marks running over the overlays rather than sitting within panel boundaries. GEL cushioning remains in the heel and a rubber outsole handles traction. The paint treatment crosses material seams, so the artwork reads as applied after the shoe was built rather than printed into it.
