Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 line reworks adidas silhouettes through the designer's own vocabulary, and the Stan Smith Lo keeps the tennis shoe's proportions while rebuilding the materials. 'Black' runs leather across the upper where the original showed white, and the perforated Three Stripes remain punched into the side panel. Y-3's logo replaces the usual heel branding. The cupsole is finished in a matching dark tone.
