Avatar: The Last Airbender x Reebok Brings the Four Nations to Life

The world of Avatar: The Last Airbender is coming to footwear through a new collaboration with Reebok. Drawing inspiration from the animated series' characters, cultures, and elemental powers, the collection transforms four recognizable Reebok silhouettes into designs that celebrate the world of the Avatar.

Rather than using a single sneaker as its canvas, Reebok has selected the Instapump Fury 94, Engine A 26, Club C 85, and Classic Nylon, giving each model a different connection to the series.

The Instapump Fury 94 'Air Nomads' takes inspiration from Aang's origins, combining orange and yellow tones associated with the Air Nomads. A reflective arrow graphic extends from the tongue toward the toe, referencing Aang's signature tattoos. Inside, the insoles feature Aang entering the Avatar State, complete with glowing white eyes and markings.

One of the collection's most playful designs belongs to Appa, Aang's loyal flying bison. The Club C 85 features fuzzy materials and earthy brown and tan shades that recreate his appearance. A suede arrow across the toe references Appa's distinctive markings, while the phrase “yip yip” appears behind the tongue. Custom Appa insoles complete the tribute.

Reebok also brings the collaboration into basketball with the Engine A 26 'Aang.' Its printed upper features light blue glow-in-the-dark details, while symbols representing the Air Nomads, Fire Nation, Earth Kingdom, and Water Tribes appear around the heel. A familiar arrow graphic finishes the tongue.

The Classic Nylon 'Four Nations' takes a more understated approach. Tan canvas and suede provide the foundation, while the four elemental symbols replace traditional side branding. Interchangeable tongue patches and additional colored laces allow wearers to customize the sneaker around their preferred nation.

Together, the four models offer different interpretations of the series, from character-specific details to subtle references that longtime fans will recognize.

The Avatar: The Last Airbender x Reebok Collection releases October 7, 2026, with the Classic Nylon following on October 8. The collection will be available through Reebok and select retailers, with prices ranging from $110 to $220 USD.
