As we begin to round the corner into the end of June, we have already witnessed so many of the most anticipated sneaker releases this month, but there are plenty more to come. Here are our favorite sneakers releasing this week.

Nike Air Max 1 “Olympic” - June 17, 2024

We are about to be in a season flooded with Olympic-themed apparel and shoes; who better to kick it off than Nike? Nike celebrates the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics with the Nike Air Max 1 ‘Olympic,’ destined to bring home the gold medal for Team USA. Its clean white mesh base and midsole provide a sleek and breathable foundation, while the navy and gray suede overlays perfectly combine color and texture. Gold Swooshes on the side add a touch of luxury and excitement, complemented by red embroidery, making this shoe an eye-catching statement that will surely lead their Olympic-themed collection.

Nike Dunk Low “Philly” - June 18, 2024

Nike’s tribute to the city of brotherly love is more than just a sneaker; it's a celebration of the heart and soul of America’s birthplace. The ‘Philly’ Dunk Low showcases a large array of designs, from the textured gray suede to the green laces and colorful insole depicting the geography of Philadelphia's neighborhoods. Nike partnered with local boutique retailers to include design aspects that are authentic to the city, including its coordinates on the laces and “PHILLY” emblazoned on the heel. Made with premium leather colored in white and grey, it blends in as the perfect neutral, whispering the rich history of the 215.

Nina Chanel x Air Jordan 3 OG WMNS “Bicoastal” - June 20, 2024

These next shoes are definitely on our 2024 “Must Have List” as New York-based contemporary artist and painter Nina Chanel Abney puts her spin on the iconic Air Jordan 3. This collaboration merges contemporary artistry with sneaker culture with loud design. The waxed canvas and shaggy suede in bright green add so much depth to this shoe. The orange accents and leather-lined collar completely elevate and round out this look, and if that wasn't enough, it even features rope laces and custom heel branding. This sneaker beautifully showcases Abney’s commitment to her craft and pushes creative design boundaries never before seen on the Air Jordan 3.

Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 1000 - June 20, 2024

The classic white sneaker, but elevated 1000 times more. Aime Leon Dore has established themselves as a lead designer merging the realms of luxury and streetwear. This collaboration with New Balance is music to our ears as the athletic silhouettes of New Balance are transformed into elegance from touches by Aime Leon Dore. This New Balance 1000 takes inspiration from refined minimalism and adds the perfect combination of sporty and chic. Its translucent additions, showcasing the ABZORB cushioning, make this shoe visually interesting and provide a truly supported and stable sole. If you’re looking for a new basic white sneaker, this is the one.

Lionel Messi x adidas Samba Indoor “Black/Gold” - June 20, 2024

This classic indoor practice shoe just got a major upgrade from none other than Lionel Messi. This collaboration brings a touch of style to these indoor shoes, featuring a sleek black leather upper adorned with classic gold stripes. Messi’s logo on the tongue is paired with gold accents throughout the design, paying homage to Messi’s victorious career. With a gum sole offering excellent grip, this is the perfect standout piece for performance and style.

RTFKT x Nike Dunk Low Genesis “VOID” - June 21, 2024

Digital design has taken over, and some of the coolest sneakers ever created can only be worn virtually. RTFKT specializes in creating digital products using game engines, NFT, blockchain authentication, and augmented reality. They first reimagined the Dunk Low Genesis as a virtual object, only to be worn through your computer. However, Nike made their virtual dream come true with this new sneaker that breaks design barriers and represents the nature of limitless creativity. The Nike Dunk Low Genesis “VOID” features hypnotic purple hues contrasting against the stark black, detachable tongue and heel clips for added customization. Merging physical and digital worlds lets us sneak a peek into the future of fashion and technology as these innovations continue to break barriers.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “N7” - June 21, 2024

The N7 collection from Nike honors Native American and Indigenous communities, emphasizing heritage sustainability and community support. Each year, the collection features designs celebrating different cultures. This edition has a stunning color palette of light bone, citron tint, fuel orange, jade ice, sesame, and black stitching. It became a wearable piece of art with the addition of overlays of gradient mesh, creating a dynamic visual effect. The logo of N7 signifies Nike’s commitment to supporting indigenous youth through sports and education. This release is more than a shoe; it's a celebration of culture, community, and creativity.
