Nike Basketball continues to strengthen its connection with college basketball through two exclusive Kobe 10 Protro colorways designed for the USC Trojans. Featuring the university's signature Cardinal and Gold colors, the sneakers mark the first known college-exclusive editions of the Kobe 10 Protro.
USC has become an increasingly prominent part of Nike's basketball presence, particularly with star guard JuJu Watkins representing the Trojans. The latest player exclusives further connect the university's basketball program with Kobe Bryant's signature footwear legacy.

The collection introduces two contrasting designs built around USC's traditional colors. The first features a predominantly white upper, paired with a split midsole that places red on one side and yellow on the other. The combination gives the sneaker a clean appearance while incorporating the school's recognizable identity.
The second version takes a bolder approach with a Cardinal red upper and a yellow-to-red gradient across the forefoot portion of the midsole. Its deeper color palette provides a more striking alternative to the white edition while maintaining the same team-inspired theme.

Both sneakers retain the familiar construction and silhouette of the Kobe 10 Protro, with USC branding appearing on the heels. The custom detailing distinguishes the pairs from standard retail releases and reinforces their exclusive connection to the Trojans basketball program.
The designs also arrive as Nike continues expanding the Kobe 10 Protro lineup. Additional colorways are expected in 2027, including the upcoming 'Blackout' edition, giving Kobe fans more opportunities to revisit the tenth model in his signature series.
For now, the Nike Kobe 10 Protro 'USC' PEs are reserved exclusively for the Trojans and are not expected to receive a public release.
