Nike is bringing convenience-store nostalgia to one of its most iconic silhouettes with the upcoming Air Max 95 '7-Eleven.' While not an official partnership, the colorway unmistakably draws inspiration from the recognizable green, orange, and red branding associated with the global retailer.

The sneaker transforms the Air Max 95's signature layered design into a tribute to the convenience store aesthetic. Gym Red, Sport Green, and Total Orange suede overlays dominate the upper, recreating the familiar color palette that has become synonymous with 7-Eleven storefronts around the world. A fuzzy suede finish adds texture and gives the shoe a more premium feel than a standard Air Max release.

Light British Tan accents appear throughout the tongue, spine, toe cap, and outsole. The earthy tone may reference the classic brown paper bags often associated with convenience-store purchases, adding another subtle storytelling element to the design. White and Sail details balance the brighter colors, preventing the sneaker from feeling overly loud.

Nike continues the theme through several smaller details. Custom tongue branding, rope-style laces, and printed insoles all reinforce the inspiration without officially referencing the retailer. The result is a colorway that clearly communicates its influence while remaining an unofficial tribute rather than a licensed collaboration.

The release also arrives with some historical context. Sneaker fans may remember the unreleased 7-Eleven Nike SB Dunk Low that surfaced in 2020 ahead of the Tokyo Olympics. Although that project was ultimately canceled, it quickly became one of the most talked-about unreleased Nike collaborations in recent memory. This Air Max 95 taps into a similar sense of nostalgia while creating its own identity.

Built on Nike's updated Air Max 95 Big Bubble platform, the sneaker combines the beloved Sergio Lozano-designed silhouette with one of the year's most playful themes. The familiar gradient-inspired paneling, visible Air cushioning, and bold color blocking help the concept feel right at home on the Air Max 95.

Nike is also reportedly preparing a second convenience-store-inspired Air Max 95 based on Lawson, another well-known retailer, though images of that pair have yet to surface.

The Nike Air Max 95 '7-Eleven' is expected to release during Summer 2026 and retail for $210 USD.
