Official Look at the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP “Metallic Silver”
Just out on August 1, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP “Metallic Silver” are all sold out, as expected.
If you want to know what the aftermarket is like, keep reading to find out where to cop! Before that, let’s take a brief look at the kicks in shining armor: the CO.JP “Metallic Silver”.
As introduced before, the CO.JP “Metallic Silver” was originally a 2001 Japan exclusive release with a limited stock of 2001 pairs. In the year 2020, the remake of “Metallic Silver” still requires some luck and determination to cop.
Dressed in a silver color scheme, the pair’s upper features a blend of tumbled leather and nubuck. While most of the base is built by light grey nubuck, shiny silver appears on the toe box, ankle, heel and Swoosh. Underneath, a white midsole boosts a light grey outsole to give a harmonious feeling.
As a rework of an iconic silhouette such as the Air Jordan 1, branding can be found in the forms of Wings logo, spell out and Swoosh. For additional details, a tongue tag bearing the numbers “2001” and “2020” is in place to highlight the colorway’s history.
