Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide Brings Elevated Recovery Into Every Step

Nike and Hyperice are redefining post-workout recovery with a first-of-its-kind wearable designed to help athletes recover wherever they are. Introducing the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, an innovative recovery slide that combines Nike's renowned Air Zoom cushioning with Hyperice's industry-leading recovery technology. Built for athletes and everyday users alike, the Hyperslide delivers targeted heat and vibration therapy while remaining comfortable enough to wear throughout the day, making recovery as effortless as slipping on a pair of slides.

Unlike traditional recovery devices that require athletes to stop and sit down, the Air Zoom Hyperslide integrates the experience directly into everyday footwear. A removable magnetic Hyperslide Pod is housed inside the adjustable strap, delivering targeted heat and vibration across the top of the foot to help reduce tension, relax tired muscles, and support daily recovery.

Users can personalize their recovery with three levels of heat, reaching up to 117°F (47°C), and three vibration intensities. Each session runs for 15 minutes and can be controlled directly from the pod or through the Hyperice app, allowing athletes to tailor their recovery whether they're leaving the gym, traveling, or simply unwinding after a long day.

Comfort remains at the center of the design. A full-length, low-profile Nike Air Zoom sole provides soft, responsive cushioning, ensuring the slide feels as good to walk in as it does to recover in. The combination of Air Zoom comfort and Hyperice's Venom-inspired heat and vibration technology creates a portable recovery solution unlike anything Nike has released before.

The Air Zoom Hyperslide is the second product to emerge from Nike's partnership with Hyperice, following the Nike x Hyperice Hyperboot. Together, the two companies continue to expand the role of recovery within athletic performance, recognizing that preparation and recovery are just as important as training itself.

Developed using feedback from both elite and everyday athletes, the Hyperslide has already earned praise from professional footballer Virgil van Dijk, who highlighted the unique combination of responsive cushioning and recovery technology. The innovation reflects Nike's growing focus on helping athletes perform at their best by improving what happens between workouts, competitions, and everyday movement. The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide will launch on September 29, 2026.
