First Look at The Civilist x Nike SB Dunk Low
2020 has been a great year for the Nike SB Dunk Lows, we’ve had wave upon wave of widely popular drops. Today, let’s take a look at the rumored color-changing Civilist x Nike SB Dunk Low release.
Teased multiple times, the thermochromic pair is born as a result of the collaboration between the Berlin-based skateboarding brand Civilist and Nike.
Fresh out the box, the Sunk Lows appear to have a black leather upper that is rather simply contrasted by a white midsole. However, hidden underneath is an entire multi-colored heat map that lights up with heat.
When presented with heat, the graphics on infrared, blue, green and orange slowly reveal under the subdued black. The fully heated upper is accented with tonal stitching and a black tongue.
In terms of branding, the Civilist Dunk Lows come with a “Civilist” tag under the Swoosh as well as “Nike” spell outs on the heel and tongue.
To match the ever-changing color scheme, you can easily alter the different laces available: red, yellow, blue and black. And of course, let the kicks cool down if you miss their black outfit.
As of this moment, we don’t have an official release date. But it sounds like the Civilist x Nike SB Dunk Low will drop right this August, so stay tuned for any updates! Meanwhile, take a look at the Dunk Lows in action:
