Air Jordan Xxxiii
In 2018, Air Jordan took another leap forward by introducing the new FastFit entry, tightening, and release system. Designed by Tete Kuerbis, Air Jordan XXXIII drew inspiration from the flight utility, integrating design elements from Air Jordan III with its brand-new technology. The first place to start is the upper, which, as the first FastFit shoe, is designed to “shape fast” to your foot. This makes it so that no matter how much you flex and move your feet around, the shoe will stay in place and never stretch out. The collar and heel of the shoe also feature a similar FastFit design that provides a snug fit. Jordan XXXIII then takes it one step further by making sure that you can easily slip into your shoes and then lock them down once you are inside, as the shoe features an internal lace lock that keeps your laces firmly in place. Finally, the sneaker includes a removable sock liner that is designed with Dri-FIT technology. The most notable feature of Air Jordan XXXIII, though, is its new Jumpman ProFly Ultralight cushioning. Utilizing a new foam compound, Air Jordan XXXIII’s cushioning is 30% lighter than previous cushioning materials, offering increased flexibility and responsiveness. |
